He “took the road less clothed”—and that made all the difference…
Craig Seymour was a grad student when he decided to drop the books—and his pants—and moonlight as a stripper in the infamously anything-goes gay strip clubs of 1990s Washington, D.C. Soon he was g-string-deep in a world of gay-for-pay dancers, divorcés with double lives and customers nicknamed Mr. Tickles. But it wasn't all wild times, hot guys and easy money: He still had to hide from his parents, maintain a relationship and deal with prostitution, porn—and his Ph.D.
Now a respected English professor and journalist, Seymour bares all once again in All I Could Bare—an explicit, entertaining and insightful memoir about losing your inhibitions and finding yourself.

I am a 56 year old heterosexual female. I enjoyed this book as it gives a look into a place most people never experience, a place that doesn't even exist any more. Anyone who is curious about the way other people live would find this book informative, interesting, and entertaining.
