I have purchased all of the Eat This Not That books that are currently on the market. My family has definitely gotten our money's worth out of these books!! My kids constantly read through the books and are making much better choices when it comes to snacking. They even ask me to buy the healthier items when I go to the grocery store!! I recommend these books to as many people as I can, especially those people with children. These books have made a huge impact on my kids and how they view nutrition.
