She has managed to make what I would think complicated, easy. Awesome book. I have made several recipes already and it is a "turn to" book when I'm thinking of menu planning for my husband and I. Love it! Buy it, you won't be sorry.

Took copied pages of the book with me to Paris to cook for my family and friends...everyone loved it! Thanks for another great book Ina! Some ingredients may be difficult to find. Paper quality excellent, could have a few more pictures. Buy it:-)

Collecting cookbooks is one of my hobbies and Ina's are my "Go To's". I love that this one is exactly what the title says...the recipes are very do-able, delicious and basic. Every time I try one I am impressed again. The pictures are beautiful. I page thru this cookbook again and again.
