In Me, pop sensation Ricky Martin opens up about his childhood, his experiences with the legendary boy band Menudo, the pressures of fame (particularly after “Livin’ La Vida Loca” became a worldwide smash) and his continued growth as a musician. He talks candidly about his decision to tell the world he’s gay, his experiences as a father to twin boys and why he’s dedicating his life to helping children around the world.
What inspired Martin to write a memoir at this point in his life? “Writing this book allowed me to explore the different paths and experiences that have led me to be who I am today,” he explains. “I’ve had to tie up loose ends that I’d never attempted to tie up before, to work deeply into memories that were already erased from my mind. Allowing myself to do this was not easy, but once I started, an incredible spiritual healing began…and I wanted to share my sense of discovery.”
The Grammy® and Latin Grammy® Award-winning artist has crafted an instantly gratifying read. Examining the ups and downs of living in the public eye for over twenty-five years, Martin’s autobiography is a one-of-a-kind memoir from one of pop music’s most unique voices.

This book is hard to follow and reads like it was written by an 11-yr old. Just plain boring.
